My last urinalysis was about 2 yrs ago and revealed trace ketones and protein and 1+ leukocytes. i'm going in for a urinalysis again (different place) tomorrow and the lab said best first in the morning. wouldn't this produce overly concentrated urin?

Checking a urinalysis first thing in the morning will be fine. Concentration of the urine would generally be more first thing in the morning however, this does not affect any other laboratory testing in a urinalysis.

Hi I received a urinalysis test result with abnormal +2 ketones, +1 blood, 2+ leukocyte esterase, and above high normal 2+ WBC. No bacteria seen. ?
What does it mean if i constantly have a trace of protein and ketones in my urinalysis for over two months? I've had about five urinalyses done in that time frame. My primary doctor hasn't said anything about them.
