I need help with middle ear fluid it's been an issue for months and while it's slowly getting better the hissing in my ear keeps getting higher in pitch. what can i do to accelerate the drainage? i can't see an ent for months and i need this fixed?

Go to an urgent care clinic, they can get an ENT appt for you a lot sooner. In the meantime, do a valsalva maneuver frequently. No smoking or alcohol
