Ultrasound result for soft tissue mass found top of right shoulder- 3cm, heterogeneous, no deep tissue extention, with in subcontaneous fat layer, no internal vascularity is identified, no evidence of supraclavicular lymphadenophaty. is this bad?

My guess it is a lipoma. Runs in families and should be able to find others elsewhere.
