Brain lesions can cause all types of seizures dependent on location. It is not clear from your question if you know of having brain lesions or questioning if seizures may de due to undiagnosed brain lesions.

Not clear what you are asking, but seizures are always due to abnormal brain electrochemical activity. Sometimes this can be specifically located in one area of pathology. Do ask your doctor about the variety of seizures you suffer, as classical pure "absence seizures" typically fade after adolescence.
