No. Dexamethosone is a very potent corticosteroid. In the US, the only OTC corticosteroids are creams and ointments, usually containing hydrocortisone, which is quite weak. Discuss the situation with your doctor. Good luck.

Not oral drugs in US, only few topical products, steroids are known to be abused, talk to your prescriber about options.
