Parietal lesions can cause numbness/weakness on one side of body, difficulty with spatial awareness and judging distance, loss of co-ordination and possibly trouble with speaking, understanding, reading or writing. But often nothing. White matter lesions occur with normal aging but can also be related to inflammation, swelling, or myelin damage. Best to follow-up with doctor who ordered the scan.

Nonspecific white matter lesions may be conceivably clinically correlated if a stroke has occurred, but in absence of thorough clinical data, no relevant reliable comments can be achieved. Find a neurologist and get all of this thoroughly assessed.
