Multiple small t1wi hypointense and t2wi hyperintense signal changes are noted at right fronto-parietal & pontine regions. the lesions show restricted diffusion on dwi & hypointense on adc. could anyone tell me what's going on? mild stroke patient?

"Restricted diffusion on DWI" and "hypointense on ADC" refer to techniques of assessing abnormal perfusion in areas of the brain during MRI studies. Either or both can refer to tumors or damage secondary to stroke effects. Consult your physician or the radiologist reading the MRI for more specific clinical correlation with your MRI findings.

MRI software indicates blood flow changes but not completed stroke. Somewhat nonspecific and will need clinical correlation. Could even be seen in migraine sufferers. Trust neurologist involved and can explain
