Yes you can get a tattoo when receiving B12 injections. Getting a tattoo is permanent however and you need to be aware that having something done permanently to your body has consequences and the younger we are the less we understand what that means.

It has to do more with the reason for why you are having B12 injections, specifically possible coexisting autoimmune diseases in which tattooing may elicit an exaggerated immune response to the ink used.
