Restore potassium: Your potassium must be restored to normal before anything else. Additionally your RBC magnesium level needs to be checked and also followed as the magnesium level affects potassium level and both can precipitate arrythmias. The diarrhea probably caused the initially low potassium. Make sure you don't have an infection. Meantime rehydrate with an electrolyte drink to restore fluid and minerals.
