I’m not sure what diagnosis you are looking for-why was the MRI done? In any event, you should call the doctor who ordered the test to find out their interpretation of your result. They know why the test was done and your clinical history. If the result you are looking for is not there your doctor can call the radiologist to look at the study again and provide the info you are looking for.
