This and your other question reveal unwarranted worries. Anaerobic bacteria, like those causing botulism, cannot live under any of the conditions described. Growth of anaerobic bacteria requires conditions that prevent any contact with even minute amounts of oxygen. That's why botulism occurs only from improperly sterilized foods in tightly sealed container (like home canning).
