My pain is lasting already 3 months, and that is hemorrhoids (internal and external), anal fissure and perianal abscess! the only pain that i have is after bowel movement! maybe for 3-6 hours i feel burning, and it will start to go away after sleep?

It is not clear what your question is. anal rectal pain with fissure and perianal abscess needs to be treated by Gastroenterologist or general surgeon or colon rectal surgeon.
