Avoid contact: Good afternoon. , for any allergy, avoidance is the best measure. In order to avoid we need to know what you are allergic to. That could be done by correlating exposure to offending agent or by allergy tests. Depending what type of allergy symptoms, antihistamines or cortisone creams will give relief temporarily until then.
