A member asked:

Why can't i wear shirts without me getting a itchy irritation? is it an allergy or something?

Sounds like allergy: You may be sensitive to a laundry product (detergent, softener, etc) or even possibly to the fabric itself. Switch to "hypo-allergenic" detergent and no softener or other extras, and over-the-counter Benadryl (diphenhydramine) (can cause drowsiness) or zyrtec can help relieve the itching. If none of this works, see your family doctor to evaluate general health and stronger rx options for relief.
