There are many possibilities but blood from the GI tract should always be checked. Based on your description, it could be related to hemorrhoids but the only way to know for sure is to have it checked. Do you tend to be constipated? That is another indication that hemorrhoids are the likely cause. But, you need to have it checked by a doctor to be certain. Good luck to you!
