I've been having a non-stop cluster headache for the third day in a row now. i have chronic migraines but i haven't had a cluster headache in years and it's not going away with medication/painkillers. is this a concern?

Analgesics will not work fast enough if you have classical cluster headaches. Best approach is to break up the pattern with preventative medication. CGRP medications have proven to be of great value and Emgality is approved for cluster headaches.
