Many things: There are many causes of migraines. Stress, TMJ issues, a misaligned bite, neck issues and trigger points of the muscles of the face, head and neck. Often headaches can be caused by an accident, fall, contact sport that was experienced recently or many years ago. Visit a doctor that knows about trudenta. There is a pain free, medication free option. Go to www.Trudenta.Com good luck.

Nothing is perfect: Assuming you do have migraines: 1) take your migraine specific medicine ("triplan") early in the headache. 2) avoid taking other pain medicines more than 2 or 3 days a week, as that can lead to more headaches that are harder to treat. 3) talk to your doctor about preventive strategies, including daily medications that don't lead to more headaches.
