40/f in the last 5 days ive had excruciating pain & pressure down my left arm that escalates, 2 times. i've randomly broken out in cold sweats a few times. also have consistent "heartburn." could this be a heart attack and would it show days after?

You should have an EKG while you are having these symptoms. It is possible this is related to your heart. There are blood tests that are positive days after a heart attack that can be checked as well. There are other possibilities but a heart attack needs to be ruled out. So, go to an emergency room while you are having the symptoms. Good luck to you!
