Its been 3months since i undergo myoperation,they remove my right ovary and apendix as well, i plan to have a new tattoo but not on the excat scar, can i have now?

There is no contraindication but I would not advocate tattoo practice which is a risky behavior to me. I have had many patients who have regretted about getting tattoos at young age. Take care.
