I would visit with your doc and seek testing to confirm this. For some, the 2nd testis remains in the abdomen and has a higher lifetime risk of cancer if not removed.

You need a good Urological exam. What is done will depend on the Urologists findings. Usually nothing if there is no right testicle. But if one is found -Small or in an abnormal area -it might need removal
