Yes, depending on how fast the tachycardia is, it could either increase or decrease the blood pressure. If it is physiologic Tachycardia, such as your pulse rate going up when you exercise, that is normal. If it is an arrhythmia, it may need attention of a primary doctor or your cardiologist.
