See a dentist now!: It may be several different possibilities, but i know for certain you need to get to a dentist immediaely and find out what it is. It may be an infected and abscessed tooth, a cyst and so on, but only a visit to a dentist will properly diagnose it and allow the proper treatment be instituted. Do not wait!

See a dentist first: Based on your description, your complaint is most likely due to dental abscess, sinus infection or a neurological issue. See a dentist first to rule out a dental infection or dental disease in the upper teeth. Only dentist trained and competent do differentiate dental issue from non-dental issue. Good luck!
