Be seen: You can certainly take Claritin (loratadine) or zyrtec for the allergic component, but see your physician for an exam, and diagnosis.

Sounds like a cold: I am sorry you feel so bad. Fortunately, it sounds like you have a "good" cold. The green snot isn't likely to be a sign of an infection yet though and i would not recommend an antibiotic. Drinking lots of fluids, taking Ibuprofen and maybe some cold medicine is probably the best way to go at this point.
