Persistent bubbles in the urine can signal a significant amount of protein in the urine, which usually indicates significant kidney disease. The nature of the observed debris can be assessed by a microscopic analysis portion of a urinalysis. See your doctor or schedule an evaluation by a urologist or nephrologist.

Sometimes phosphates in urine may do that. If the bubbles are not voided but only in the container then they are air trapped or caused by bacteria.
