It is impossible to interpret laboratory testing without knowing the clinical situation at the time when the labs were drawn and without seeing the rest of the normal labs. The best person to interpret that would be the Doctor Who ordered the testing. You should discuss this with them. Good luck.

You may be in the very early stage of iron deficiency at this time despite a normal serum iron. As a young menstruating woman,I'd recommend that you take a daily iron supplement, but as has been mentioned, your personal physician is best to advise you.
