Those findings typically represent a scar of some type or inflammatory changes. In order to better diagnose these findings, a chest CT can be done. Is there any chance of a past tuberculosis infection? Pneumonia? What symptoms, if any, are you having? Do you smoke? You should see a lung doctor for evaluation and further testing to make a diagnosis. Good luck!
