Can i take ibuprofen pm while on effexor? its my first day. also can i rake naproxen and tylenol (acetaminophen) with effexor?separately,just when needed?

First day of what?: You list back pain and pain 'shooting down the leg' as problems and say it's your 'first day of...' menses? That said, Tylenol (acetaminophen) is safest to take with Effexor. Either ibuprofen or: either ibuprofen or naproxen but not both at the same time. These can be taken with effexor (venlafaxine). Yoy can ask your physiciasn if there are other issues regarding your health that need to be cinsidered.
