If you have taken 4th generation test and it is negative at 4 months, it is conclusive that you do not have HIV. If you have taken generation 3 test, it is 99.7 % certain that you do not have HIV. Please avoid further exposure. Good Luck.

Hi. How accurate/conclusive is a negative result of HIV RNA (early detection test) taken 4 weeks post exposure? My exposure was pretty low risk as told to me by my doctors. I will obviously be taking other follow up tests as time goes by. Thank you.
