Having all symptoms of hiv , ive tested negative with 4th generation test 2,7,12, and 24 weeks is this conclusive and just in my head or is testing warranted again? thank you?

Negative testing at six months is conclusive. Your symptoms are not related to HIV. Have your PCP examine you for other possible testing.
