I am a mother of 11 days old baby boy. i can see that my boy has a penis pointing upward direction and when he pees it wets it shirt and not the diaper. is it normal for the penis to point upward as it should point downward direction.?

The penis is wired the same as an adult and capable of erection from birth. Whether this occurs randomly or when he pees is of little importance. I don't find the issue worrisome. If it is always erect I would find it unusual, but I never have in decades as a pedi.
