Vitamins are nutrients that we take into the body along with Foods and minerals to make the Body, Strong and Healthy. Multivitamins contain several vitamins in different dosages in what is called Recommended Daily Allowance (RDA). Too much or too little vitamins can be detrimental to health. At 23years one is probably talking about Neuro-vitamins, especially the B-Complexes. But no magic -Study!
