You may have inflammation of the cartilage between the ribs, called costochondritis. See a doctor to confirm this is the diagnosis. The best treatment for this, once confirmed, is anti-inflammatory medication like NSAIDS (ibuprofen, for example). So, see your doctor for diagnosis and treatment. Good luck to you!
