Yes, urgent care: Please don't take a chance with chest pain, even though it is atypical in location if this is a new problem, especially if associated with shortness of breath or sweating or nausea or pain radiating to the neck or left arm. There are other reasons for chest pain under the right rib cage, like Tietze's syndrome of costochondritis which is tender to pressure or gastrointestinal problems. HR fine.
