Enlarged lymph node in my groin for over a year. originally suspected a hernia, was 11x6x6mm april 2022. november 2022 found out it was a lymph node 3.1x1.7x0.7cm. been having chest pain also, and found liver borderline enlarged. what could it be?

Lymph node probably was separate from present problems. PL see your MD for investigations for present findings
