It is quite common for a child to have a fever with a stomach bug. Most of these are viral and will run its course. Give the child plenty of fluids, a bland diet, acetaminophen. If there is severe pain, inability to keep fluids down, etc. then see a doctor ASAP. Hope she feels better soon!
