I am on accutane, 20mg daily. however my liver values especially ggt has risen tremendously (155). what are the causes? i dont drink and my diet isnt the worst. i exercise and use creatine? my ggt was 52 2 months ago on my first blood test?

Please discuss these results with your treating doc. The reason the tests care done on that med is it is known to produce liver injury in some but not all patients. A rising set of liver enzymes is worrisome.
