Water: I cannot tell you what medicine is necessary without a proper diagnosis. A fever is not a diagnosis, it is a symptom. My main concern with a fever is maintaining proper hydration. You do this with lots of liquids. The primary liquid you do it with is water. .For a more specific treatment, you will need to see a doctor.
