URI: Cold and cough preparations are not recommended for 11 month old babies. Nasal congestion can be managed with a gentle saline spray as often as required. A fever may be treated with Tylenol (acetaminophen) or Ibuprofen. She room should be kept cool and not too dry to help with her breathing. Give her extra clear fluids. Follow up with her doctor for any concerns. I hope she feels better soon.
