A member asked:

I have read that repatha may be a possible treatment to slow the progression of aortic stenosis. any validity to this?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

This is used for reducing the risk of heart attacks in people with cardiovascular disease in general. it may slow the process of an aortic stenosis indirectly but not used to treat it specifically. PL do not believe everything you' read' as there is a lot of misinformation out there. Always ask your doc.
