I think you're describing rectal mucus which usually isn't part of hemorrhoid symptoms unless there's a lot of associated inflammation. Your anorectal discomfort most likely comes from a fissure. A proctologist or colorectal surgeon are best to examine & advise you if you don't improve. Sit in hot ( not boiling,) water,pat dry& apply an anal cream your pharmacist can recommend. Keep stool soft.
