I have an unruptured unsymptomatic 1,7mm big aneurysm on the right internal carotid artery(intradural)i have a regular mri/ct once per year.what are my chances of survival and how will they treat it? they didnt gave me any information. please help?

First, your doctors are ethically obligated to answer your pressing questions, and since they know you best, they are the best source to clarify your concerns (But you need to be assertive and ask!). If your lesion is truly 1.7 mm, it is tiny and would not be handled surgically at this point, and would merely be managed by serial imaging.
