There is no video call function on this public information site. This is where volunteer docs answer questions about health problems. It does not offer scripts/view x-rays/write notes or do referrals. If you go to www.connect@healthtap that pay site can answer questions about the services offered.

You can do a video visit to see if a consult to neurologist is recommended by primary care physician on this site. As far as specific referrals, most likely they can refer you to your local hospital or healthcare system to find a neurologist, accepting new patients and if they treat your condition
