One of the reasons could be retrograde ejaculation then your son will see his urine cloudy. If his urine is not cloudy or turbid after a dry orgasm, he may have blocked sperm ducts. Whatever the cause if he still experiences dry orgasm, he should be evaluated by a pediatric urologist. Good luck.
