Get work up: There are multiple causes for frequent uti's though usually hysterectomy isn't a cause unless the ovaries were removed and a woman went through surgical menopause. I usually recommend a pelvic exam, a urine check and talk about fluid intake. Make sure you get this checked out by gynecologist or urologist.

Estrogen deficiency: Estrogen deficieny can cause atrophy of the vulva and perineal tissues which can lead to recurrent uti's. Talk to your doctor about replacement therapy.
