It isn't possible to judge the likely causes without more detail, like the actual WBC and RBC numbers, and other CBC results like type(s) of WBC that are low, RBC indices, and other information. If your doctor has advised seeing a hematologist, for sure follow through with that advice. More info might be available here if you would like to post more details of your CBC results.
