You've been asking repeated questions, perhaps on other forums as well. STIs do not cause such symptoms and condoms are effective prevention. This still sounds like a psychological issue. You can safely ignore these symptoms until they go away, which probably will happen once your mind is off them. If not, see a doctor, but put aside STIs as a concern. And stop asking; the answers won't change.

Drink plenty of water and try otc ibuprofen- you might have some prostate/ urethral irritation. If not better in 2-3 days pl see your doc/ Urologist
