Your current height seems appropriate, i.e. in normal range, based on your parents' heights and your height and weight at 14 years old. Take care.

Given the parental heights you have reached a height taller than genetic predicted growth regardless of any diet issue. If you grew only 2 cm in 2 years you are at or near the end.
