A member asked:

At what age is it biologically impossible for boys to grow anymore? im 17 , 510 and im taller than both of my parents but i still want to grow a few inches.

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Growth last year?: If there was growth last year, probably will grow this year (must check the doctor's growth chart). Most people reach their maximum height in their late teens. Without nutritional problems or chronic childhood illnesses, height is largely based on genetics and parental heights. Aside from eating right, exercising, sleeping well, and being happy, there's not much a person can do to change height.
