Was initially diagnosed w/ pots syndrome.drink electrolyte fluids &salt for years. sometimes i barely urinate at night but sometimes i void as much as a gallon overnight & wake up drained , lightheaded and weak. could something else be going on?

It could be related to the type and timing and quantity of fluids. Try adjusting these. If not better get evaluated
