I would not. Sutured areas need exposure to air or simple skin germs left under the dressing can invade. Remove the dressing and monitor the sight. Clean & dry it gently if there is any debris/oozing. Cover as needed. Let the doc know if there is excessive redness, swelling or drainage.

You could leave the waterproof dressing on another three days as long as there’s no sign of pus,pain bleeding, or excessive moisture or draining fluid
